Arbitrating Chinese Disputes in Stockholm

The SCC will be in Hangzhou on 13 October 2017 for a seminar on arbitrating Chinese disputes in Stockholm. The seminar will be followed by a lecture at Zhejiang University at the same day.

Hangzhou Lawyers Association, together with T&C Law Firm in Hangzhou, is organizing a seminar focusing on different aspects of arbitration involving Chinese parties in Stockholm. SCC Legal Counsel Natalia Petrik will speak about East-West arbitration at the SCC as well as choice of arbitrators. After the seminar concluded, a screening of The Quiet Triumph: How Arbitration Changed the World will take place.

In the afternoon, Ms Petrik will hold a lecture at Zhejiang University on how to build a career in international arbitration, together with Prof. Jun Zhao, Vice Dean of Guanghua Law School and Leon Fu, partner at T&C Law Firm.
